At Roshan’s PG, we aim to provide a peaceful, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents. To maintain a positive living experience for everyone, we request all residents to follow the rules and guidelines below.
These policies are thoughtfully designed to ensure safety, cleanliness, discipline, and mutual respect within the premises.
1. General Discipline
- Residents are expected to maintain discipline and respectful behavior at all times.
- Any activity causing disturbance to other residents should be avoided.
- Loud music, unnecessary noise, or disruptive behavior is not permitted inside the premises.
2. Visitor Policy
- Visitors are allowed only in designated common areas (if permitted by management).
- Visitors are strictly not allowed inside resident rooms.
- For women’s accommodation, no male visitors are allowed inside the premises.
This policy is safely maintained to ensure privacy and security for all residing members.
3. Safety & Security
- Residents are requested to fully cooperate with all safety protocols and measures.
- CCTV surveillance is active 24/7 in common areas for security purposes.
- Any suspicious activity should be immediately reported to the management.
- Residents are primarily responsible for keeping their personal belongings safe.
4. Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Residents are expected to maintain cleanliness inside their rooms and shared spaces.
- Food waste and garbage should be disposed of properly in designated bins.
- Damaging or misusing provided facilities is strictly discouraged.

5. Food & Dining Guidelines
- Food is served strictly at the scheduled timings.
- Residents are humbly requested to avoid wasting food.
- Dining areas should be kept clean after meals have been consumed.
6. Electricity & Appliance Usage
- Residents should switch off lights, fans, and appliances when leaving the room.
- Personal heavy electrical appliances may be subject to approval by management.
- Any misuse leading to excessive power consumption may result in additional charges.
7. Room Usage Policy
- Room allocation is based on availability and management approval.
- Residents should not shift rooms or beds without prior permission.
- Damages caused to furniture, appliances, or property may result in direct repair charges.
8. Payment Policy
- Monthly rent should be paid on or before the agreed upon due date.
- Security deposit terms and refund rules will be clearly informed during admission.
- Delayed payments may attract reasonable additional late charges.
9. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly not allowed and are taken very seriously:
- Smoking, vaping, or alcohol consumption inside the premises
- Illegal activities of any kind
- Repeatedly disturbing or harassing other residents
- Unauthorized guests staying overnight without approval
Failure to follow these critical rules may lead to immediate termination of stay.
10. Women’s PG Rules (Rhoswen Ladies Hostel)
Additional guidelines to maintain a highly safe and comfortable environment:
- Only women residents are allowed inside the accommodation blocks.
- Male entry strictly prohibited inside the premises.
- Residents are requested to strictly follow gate safety and timing guidelines.
These rules are non-negotiable to ensure privacy, comfort, and security for all women.
11. Management Rights
- Update, modify, or enforce policies when reasonably required.
- Take strict action in case of rule violations or property damage.
- Refuse accommodation or terminate contracts if rules are repeatedly ignored.
