Welcome to Roshan’s PG and Rhoswen Ladies Hostel. By using our website or staying at our accommodation, you agree to follow the terms and conditions mentioned below.

1. Accommodation Services

Roshan’s PG provides accommodation services for men and women in Chennai, including furnished rooms and shared facilities. Room allocation is based on availability and management approval.

2. Booking & Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry through the website does not guarantee room confirmation. Room bookings are confirmed only after management approval and completion of required formalities.

3. Resident Responsibilities

Residents are expected to:

Follow PG rules and policies
Maintain discipline and cleanliness
Respect other residents and staff
Use facilities responsibly

Any behavior causing disturbance or damage may result in action by management.

4. Payments

Residents are responsible for paying rent and other applicable charges on time. Delayed payments may lead to additional charges or accommodation restrictions.

5. Property & Damages

Residents are responsible for maintaining rooms and facilities properly. Any intentional damage to PG property may result in repair or replacement charges.

6. Visitor Policy

Visitors are allowed only in approved areas as per management guidelines. For women’s accommodation, male visitors are not permitted inside the premises.

7. Safety & Security

Residents are requested to cooperate with safety measures including CCTV monitoring and access control systems. Management is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Smoking or alcohol consumption inside premises
Illegal activities
Disturbing other residents
Unauthorized overnight guests

Violation of rules may lead to cancellation of accommodation.

All website content including text, images, branding, and design belongs to Roshan’s PG unless otherwise mentioned. Unauthorized copying or misuse is prohibited.
